Don Jr. testifies to J6 Congressional committee. Will he AGAIN be referred to DOJ for perjury? Kirschner
Donald Trump Jr. testified (again) to a congressional committee. This time, the topic was his father's role in the insurrection. But recall, Don Jr. testified previously before the Senate Intelligence Committee about all things Trump-Russia. And after his testimony, the bipartisan committee referred him, and others, to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation and possible prosecution for perjury. As NBC News reported at the time, "Senate committee made criminal referral of Trump Jr., Bannon, Kushner, two others."
