Even if not a Constitutional right, can be a federal LEGAL right, and can also be a STATE right.

entire Republican Party as the party which is the anti-women’s healthcare party. The party that wants to force a woman who has been raped, incest to come to term, and put a woman’s life at risk

That is the republican platform
