He's just a paid commentator now, so he can say what he feels is right.

Sadly, his opinion, or the opinions of countless others, won't result in ANY accountability for the criminals who tried to overthrow a fair election.

And did he simply say that DOJ should "Consider" it? Considering charging TFG or his band of criminals is not good enough.
