...... the horrendous damage done to this young man.

EACH officer involved should be REQUIRED to spend 30 days working in a burn center. Standing watch over daily treatments of wound debridements.

The moron who actually used the taser which ignited the fire should face first-degree assault charges if not manslaughter which is very likely the way this will end with 75% of his body burned.
