The Justice Department is ramping up its investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Federal prosecutors have issued multiple subpoenas looking to obtain information to understand if Trump allies proposed alternate slates of electors as part of an effort to deny Joe Biden’s victory in several key swing states. I am guided not by magic, but by evidence. So far, the facts show that there are no indictments of key players. Do you have evidence to the contrary? 9. I am certainly privy to the fact that over a year after the open attempted coup, that Donald Trump

If you know what charges are imminent, please share them with us. You must be well placed.

My argument is one of fact to date; no charges. To sum up my position and then I will go away: I contend that Donald Trump, openly directed the attempted overthrow of the government on live TV. His words and the subsequent actions of the crowds is enough to prove a case of sedition if not treason. Go, and fight like Hell to save the country.... I say that over a year later that he is still out campaigning for President.

It is speculated by some that he will be brought to justice and I say that the events that we have seen dispute that theory. J6 and Justice can investigate this whole case to death with going after detail after detail until they run out the political clock. That is what is happening today. Delay until after Republicans return to legislative power and they will make it all go away, for the purpose of healing, for the good of the country. The coming live hearings will entertain us through the summer, but it will just be more circus, keeping us happy as the clock ticks. Come election time, with continuing inflation and gasoline prices through the roof, we will lose the Congress and the fat lady will have sung.

A first year law student should be able to prosecute that with evidence that is available on film. Additional charges could be brought as the "investigation" unfolds.

It really all amounts to nothing anyway. IF charges were brought against Trump, and IF a jury convicted him of a felony, the appeals would end up in front of the Supreme Court where everything would just go away. That is why it is all just entertainment.

6. My theory

Most of the 1/6/21 mob were there to cause a diversion but the more organized people
such as proud boys, oath keepers, and retired and active military/law enforcement were
tasked to get to the Congressional Parliamentarian office and steal the electoral ballots
after which "they" would try to introduce the pro-Trump alternate ballots that Rudy and
company made now they knew those ballots would be proven to be false but it would give
"them" time to try to throw it back to the states with republicans controlling their state
houses.

This was a republican run coup to overturn the election.
