Yes, some can't vote but those seniors will. If their lives are at stake, they have no excuse not to vote.
I think they see the writing on the wall. They want action and walk outs that are picked up by the media to drum it home to the adults in charge, I feel hope.

But then we have to consider "voter suppression," prohibition of students voting where they attend college since they're actually residents of their home towns. My mother was on-the-ball about these things, always sent me an absentee ballot. And when I worked on my former congressman's campaigns, I was able to help parents who called with that - but it requires planning.

Like Senator Murphy was saying on with Seth Meyers last night, he thinks it's going to happen - but it will take time, in his experience it's about 10 years.

Not discussions, committees, or heartfelt platitudes, but change in the bank. Massive direct action and peaceful civil disobedience will work if sustained.
