6. How will this be done

He can't use an Executive Order, those can only apply to the executive branch. A law? Even if the Democrats maintain a majority, they won't be able to get past the filibuster. Even if they could, the courts would kill it. Don't forget that all three branches are equal. Now if the Democrats expand the Supreme Court (if they can), then the new Supreme Court can create ethical standards for itself.

Keep sensing that 2022 is potentially our last election, and we must elect massive amounts of Democratic officials, nationally to state to local, so that 1) we can preserve voting and 2) make Federal law for fair elections.
