Former Trump Advisor Sues January 6th Committee And DOJ After Multiple Subpoenas - Ring of Fire
Donald Trump's former trade advisor, Peter Navarro, has officially filed a lawsuit against both the January 6th Committee and the Department of Justice after both groups had issued subpoenas for materials from him. These lawsuits are destined to fail, especially since his argument is that he can't be subpoenaed since he was a member of the Trump administration, but he isn't covered by any claims of executive privilege.
