The House Select Committee held their first prime time hearing on the investigation into the Capitol riot. They previewed some of the testimony that would be presented and heard from an officer who was injured in the attack. Aired on 06/09/2022.

2. You're right, it's incomprehensible that this could happen here.

Even watching the footage it's still tough to believe. But it happened and as painful as it is, this has to be addressed and the perpetrators need to face repercussions so that they can never participate in our government again. And that includes the traitorous members of Congress - and especially TFG. They have already successfully presented the case that he was ultimately responsible. I know that this is only the beginning, but what we saw was powerful and persuasive. The Committee has done a remarkable and stellar job.
