If they can overturn ACA, they can overturn any future abortion access legislation or executive order with preliminary injunction so it won’t even take effect. What’s more, as SC is declaring fetus as “life”, what stops them from declaring that abortion itself is unconstitutional? E.g., rwnj challenges California law allowing abortion and SC takes up the case and declares abortion is unconstitutional by deciding that fetus classifies as “personhood” which would then make abortion unconstitutional practice under fifth amendment? SC power is nearly unlimited, it can overturn the other branches of government. It can even overturn elections themselves.

We need to elect Dems that are willing to increase the size of SCOTUS..it’s the only answer. And, we need to press President Biden to pursue this. Yes yes I know his panel said no, that idea needs to change and we need to press him on it
