This has to be near the top. He spent his adult life in the US military and can't affirm that he believes in the peaceful transfer.

Not to mention that he had legal representation present. He apparently took a page from Eastman and plans to take the Fifth for everything, no matter what. Evidence of guilt??

I wonder just how close he was to the planning for the armed militia's attack. It would make sense that he had something to do with it given his background.
