(205,521 posts)And wouldn't the Bidens already know some of them? Don't both former presidents and vice presidents have Secret Service details even after their terms of office? I know that President Carter still does and I saw President Clinton when he came to my district for a campaign stop in 2006 and he had several with him. I'd guess they could retain the same agents.

the story at the link where the secret service guys did not want to wear masks, what is wrong with people who are supposed to step in front of a bullet but don't want to take the simplest step top prevent disease transmission?
