Sen. Duckworth On Highland Park Shooting: We Have To Do More To Keep Our Community Safe - MSNBC
After the person of interest had been identified in the Highland Park parade shooting, Illinois' Sen. Tammy Duckworth extended condolences to the victims' families. She called for the end of assault weapons, and said, "the last time I heard a weapon with that capacity firing that rapidly on Fourth of July was Iraq." Aired on 07/04/2022.
