Report Reveals Uvalde Officer Waited For Supervisor Permission To Shoot Gunman - MSNBC Reports
A new report by the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training Center found that a Uvalde police officer, with a rifle in hand, apparently had the gunman in his sights before he went into the school but waited for permission to shoot from his supervisor.
