Rudy Giuliani Says Trump Should Have Pardoned Himself - Ring of Fire
According to Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump should have pardoned himself before leaving office. But not because, according to Giuliani, he committed a crime - he needed the pardon so that the Democrats couldn't frame him for a crime!
