Pretty much uses the same playbook. Attack and blame others, don’t offer anything new. It’s pretty much the rethug way. I wish people would wise up to that approach but I guess that’s never going to happen.

This ad has a target audience of one: TFG. It is laser targeted to send TFG on a rampage to derail deSantis. And by splitting the base it will probably work

Are all the Lincoln Project offerings directed at him? They all must annoy the hell out of him - not that it's all that difficult. He expects everyone to agree with him or they're "enemies" - always has.

5. Not all the LP ads are aimed at TFG like this, but this isn't the first

LP are political dirty tricks operatives and they basically do whatever they think will work against whoever they think they can manipulate. For the time being it's nice to see them on our side because they're good at what they do, but as with the alliance between the US and Russia which went sideways after WWII, if we manage to defeat the MAGA teabaggers we will once again be enemies. And the problem with that is that LP are way better at this than most of our guys.

6. Oh, I agree on both points

People forget that Russia was an ally during WWII, it seems bizarre to see photos of Stalin sitting with FDR. And we're seeing the same thing here and now - Liz Cheney is taking on the sins of TFG. Who ever imagined that we'd be applauding a Cheney??!
