(205,467 posts)It's scary as hell both for voting rights and for every personal choice we can make. And here we were so relieved when we thought we were rid of TFG for good - but his legacy is continuing to haunt us.

(205,467 posts)We can no longer trust the Supreme Court to rule on anything, they've become an activist Supreme Court, not what that branch was intended for.

(205,467 posts)We have the president, desperately need the Senate - but that leaves the biggest problems we have now, states that seek to decide elections and an unchecked activist Supreme Court.
