That video by that political opponent totally floored me. The essence of his message was that there are higher considerations in politics than winning at any cost. What doth it profit a politician to win all his political races, but to lose his own soul?
Seems like all eyes will be on the PA governor's race this November. If Mastriano wins, it could very well be the death knell for American democracy. The Electoral College is the big weak spot or Achilles' heel of American democracy, and it was also that which enabled the Russians to step in and influence the 2016 presidential election in Donald Trump's favor - an election in which they very well may have played the decisive role. There are so many good and valid reasons why the Electoral College should be abolished, and so far, it seems like all YouTube videos that are critical of it have touched on only a couple of those reasons, and fail to take all of them into account. Not only the Electoral College itself, which exists in no other democracy save our own, but also all the crazy, undemocratic, obstructionist gaming of the system that it facilitates and enables, are totally unknown and unimagined in any other democracy. Wake up America - before it's too late!!!
