(20,267 posts)pushed back quite a while ago. As in Crimea and threats to bordering countries. I may have saved the article if I can find it. Sadly, I was in agreement. Give them an inch and the rest of the saying.

(15,988 posts)To it the replacement costs. This is one reason they have an 860 billion dollars budget. We support the worlds military. Thats very expensive.
