Republicans campaign on legislation they voted against - Dan Abrams Live

Some Republicans who voted against the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the American Rescue Plan are now touting the benefits of the legislation. Robby Soave, senior editor at Reason Magazine, says the hypocrisy is brazen and should be called out. - Aired on 08/02/2022.

I just discovered that station a few weeks ago. Am so sick of the major stations having the same people start their comments with,” Despite low ratings, Biden did whatever the story of the day is.

You can watch one show, know what each pundit will say. Even Stephanie Ruhle did not let up on Manchin. How will Sinema vote? Manchin is not likely to say how another Senator will vote. Manchin told her he was friends with Republicans. All they want to do is divide. I am reaching a point I dislike them all.

I do like Shep Smith on CNBC at 7 PM. He has a fact filled show. No posturing.

Plus Jon Stewart made the Cons look like what they really are!!

And I completely identified with what he had to say since my deplorable Rep is one who is guilty of this - Elise Stefanik!

Of the OJ trial when he was young. Note here, Shep is on RIGHT NOW WITH A STORY ABOUT ROBOTICS HELPING OLDER PEOPLE, CNBC. Sorry for the Caps lock.

As for Dan Abrams, I remember him from my early days watching MSNBC and I was pleased to find him again. This was an excellent point that should be exposed far more often!

Just keep moving the chairs around with the same guests. Shep is now telling the Alex Jones trial.

I see stories, not pundits posturing on Shep.

They grandstand against legislation and then take bows when they vote Yea.

But only when they are barraged with insults and called out for their duplicity.

My Rep is the deplorable Elise Stefanik. A call came over the weekend, apparently she was having a rare "Town Hall." And I found out after-the-fact that any comments or questions by constituents that didn't agree with her were automatically blocked.

when they vote against a bill, then it passes and they have the nerve to go back to their home district and say look what I have done for you and isn’t it great.🙄
