5. If there are classified documents in the footage,

after the FBI asked him to turn off the cameras when they arrived,
He's as good as convicted for transmitting classified documents.

If Trump's CCTV could show the FBI unloading and planting 45 boxes/collections of documents, as Trump claimed they were, we would have already seen it by now. Releasing the CCTV will kill that BS.

Trump has some sort of a legal problem because there should have been some legal response by now (a restraining order for example) to his executive privilege, attorney-client privilege, etc claims. The longer he goes without a response, the less serious the court will take his claim

When they release portions of the affidavit, it is a one side document - the DoJ presenting the evidence that the Grand Jury and judge went along with. So the released portions will substantiate the DoJ claims and refute Trump's. The paperwork has a different reality to it than Trump's BS. When Trumpers on the jury convicted Manafort, they were overcome with the documents and evidence - like the Grand Jury and Judge who blessed the search warrant.
