Their decision making is so often just the opposite of logical, humane thinking...what with the continuous shelling of residential areas, schools, hospitals, transportation hubs...and now this?

Putin needs to get a grip and stop listening to deconstructionist Alexandr Dugin and start thinking like a human being and not a brutal thug.
