Chris Hayes: Trump's 'Openly Inciting' Rhetoric Against DOJ Is Dangerously Familiar - All In - MSNBC

“They are threatening law enforcement and the DOJ, claiming that the country will erupt into violence if they don't do what Trump wants,” says Chris Hayes on the response to the Mar-a-Lago probe. “The last time Trump's rhetoric was this openly inciting...a mob stormed the Capitol and people ended up dead.” - Aired on 08/19/2022.

So far this has resulted in numerous deaths and a lot of jail time.

Hey Skipper, I’m gonna take this box of Secret Documents about you know what home with me this weekend to familiarize myself. Okay Shipmate, have a fine Navy weekend. Hey Skipper wanna swing by the club on the way out. I’ll buy you a beer.

Dude, I could have had conservative values.

And he had all kinds of stories - but I don't remember even one involving theft of classified documents.

If I had done what I had posited I would have been locked up awaiting Court Martial. And then found guilty and sent to a federal penitentiary. Conservatives don’t give a damn about right or wrong. They are significantly mentally impaired. Whether trump is stupid or is acting stupid is irrelevant.

I often cringe to imagine what he's think of what's happening in this country right now, let alone the closest thing I had to a grandfather who was very political, Bill Clinton was his guy. If either of them showed up right now, I'd be at a loss to explain it to them - and I don't think they'd believe me if I could...

Have been exposed to the likes of desantis, trump, and on and on. They are like cockroaches. Sadly we haven’t found out how to get rid of them.

And a rousing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to President Bill Clinton. 76 today (19 August). Wouldn’t he have made an awesome 1st gentleman?

And I was actually looking forward to Bill Clinton as our first First Gentleman - I figured that the country would also benefit from the experience of two Clintons at once! Not to mention, President Clinton is the one POTUS I've actually seen in person - he came to my little burg in 2006 to campaign for the Democratic Congressional candidate and he is one impressive speaker! There was SRO to see and hear him!

I was the cameraman on a tv interview with Governor Bill Clinton for a Fayetteville TV station in 1978 in the Governors Office in Little Rock. An English teacher would give me a C- for that sentence.

Let’s get fired up about Roevember.

And that is very cool, I'm betting that you got a lot closer than I did - it was so crowded (at the airport!) that I often couldn't even see him, but I sure recognized that voice and that was enough...
