Every time one of these kooks say something this stupid, make them pay. You want to close the border. Texas tried and it cost them 6 billion for a week. Get rid if the FBI no problem any bank robberies, organized crime, kidnapping can all be handled by local cops. How about the DEA, FDA, US Marshalls, FAA FCC FTC USDA. The State and locals can do it all. No more DOT or highway funds. No Federal income tax. No problem no returns no money for anything. Ask them how they are going to pay for all these services .
