Fox News contributor Sean Duffy is the latest Republican to claim that it was totally ok for Donald Trump to take classified documents and that he "has the authority" to declassify anything he wants at any time. Not only is that not true, but Republicans like Duffy have been absolutely twisting themselves into knots to alter reality and make it seem like Trump didn't break the law.
