Personally, I think that ratio only has to exist if we allow billionaires to exist.

I guess their has to be some kind of ratio between billionaires and those that have nothing, so these folks are doing their parts. Our problem is that we do not have a bottom limit on how poor an American can be. There is no minimum standard of health availability. There is no limit to the loss of dignity that some of these people wake up with every day.
