It seems at every turn a new lawyer I've never heard of steps in and manages to prolong the legal process, and make no mistake, it's just a delay. However, if Republicans can gain control of the House a delay may be all he needs. I would expect repubs to drop the investigation and refocus the congress on impeaching Joe Biden for "high crimes" and investigating Nancy Pelosi.

While they're at it, they'll probably go after Hillary again just because.

Federal district judge. Her ruling in the special master motion shows she lacks the experience and knowledge to be sitting where she is.
