6. Thank you for posting this. Very good job of laying out

the timeline for Trump's rise to power. Felt like watching a documentary of Adolf's rise to power.

Republicans who wanted to be rid of Trump after J6 made a huge mistake in backing down when he threatened to leave the party and start his own. They should have called his bluff. So what if he tried to start his own party? He would not have had enough followers to win a national election. On his own, without party machinery and financial backing, even his local power in states would have fizzled in a short time. The fact that he made the threat in order to manipulate them shows that he needed them. So, call his bluff and let him fall on his face, just like his failed Truth Social.

Republicans would have only been hurt in one election cycle before Trump fizzled on his own. They could have recovered in the next cycle without him.
