Trump Boasts About His Wealth As Truth Social Deal Falls Apart - Ring of Fire

The company that was trying to merge with Donald Trump's media empire - Digital World Acquisition - is likely going to be pulling out of the billion-dollar deal after investors failed to pass an extension to get the deal done. This means that Trump could be on his own trying to pay for the group that is clearly failing, but he assured his Truth Social followers that he doesn't need the investment because he's super rich and can pay for it himself. This is a recipe for disaster, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

we can expect this Big Idea to go tits up mercifully soon. I'm shocked that they have enough money to keep them staggering along until April, I'd be more inclined to estimate they'll have the plug pulled right after the midterms. It's the only way he can claim a profit on his vanity media venture.

The fact that the office is gone and the staff are no more is a pretty good tell that they're not going to last much longer.

TFG won't be too upset, there's always Gab.
