BREAKING: Corrupt Trump Mar-a-Lago Judge Issues TWO ORDERS after DOJ Notice of Appeal - Meidas Touch

The corrupt and disgraced Trump appointed district court judge in Florida Aileen Cannon just issued back-to-back orders after the Department of Justice filed its Notice of Appeal and Motion for Partial Stay. The first orders requested Trump responded to the DOJ’s Motion by September 12.

The second order asked Trump to consider the DOJs position about staying enforcement of the Court’s Order as it relates to the 100 confidential documents. These back to back orders demonstrate a fairly erratic judge but also show she may be regretting her previous horrible order granting a special master and enjoining the government from continuing to investigate based on the documents they obtained until the special master completes its work.

on a non-faux channel and heard every pundit say her name and "WTF" together. With "obstruction of justice" and "idiot" thrown in mix for clarification. I don't trust that she's going to do the right thing by following the law, but you never know.

point the the countries national security was at great risk with her First ruling of granting Trump a special master to review all documents.

He seems to have that same manner of explaining why what he's going to tell you matters and then tells you what the problem is. Then he has expert guests to help go into more detail about the issue, whatever it is. Several of the MSNBC crowd do that to some degree, Lawrence and Rachel are best at it with Nichole Wallace and Joy Reid doing the same. I guess I like Rachel and Lawrence most.

This whole week he's been on fire about this, as anyone should and has addressed it quite directly. You can't get more articulate experts than many of the people he has on his show. Same with Rachel but she's only there once in a while now so...

Andrew Weissmann explained everything quite clearly. It's pretty much common sense that when judge Cannon shut down the investigation into the classified documents, especially the nuclear documents, it was a threat to our national security. We knew that before DOJ issued its appeal.

Getting the stay removed is the key point, it allows the investigations to continue.

How do you measure someone's consideration of an order ?

Not sure these 'orders' make any more sense than her original ruling. But I'm not s lawyer.

Couldn't Trump's team just kick a note under her door and say, "yeah, we considered it."

Poor judge, she doesn't even know there are rooms in her lair where there are books about case law and stuff. She spent a weekend lost in her executive washroom facilities. I predict she will "consider" resignation within the next few months.

There are no repercussions for her citing against the law and in favor of TFG. I absolutely believe she will side in favor of him in every imaginable way possible. That was why he installed her there days before he left office. You're kidding yourself if you think some legal terminology will stand in the way of her violating legal precedent. And you're kidding yourself if you think nation endangering nuclear secrets rise to the level of logic and rational thinking by Clarence Thomas either. There is no outcome where they will allow their master, TFG, to be held to account for anything, under any law, no matter how egregious or what they have to rule to accomplish that. How do you think HE thought it was within his power to steal such legal secrets in the first place!!! Because, his daddy must of told him the process to rig the system in his favor, which he absolutely did!

17. I think Lawrence lead off with this at the very start of his show last night

with the hand-off from Chris Hayes, but sortof didn't get into the specifics of this while I hunted around for whatever copies of that judge's brief orders were available. He had already had his monologue composed and he went with it.

But this MT broadcast, I can at least see what the heck happened and how these were not using the standard template but were issued as "paperless" (electronic text) instructions (although obviously issued docket #s).
