Donald Trump's biggest 2024 problem isn't what you think it is - CNN

Former President Donald Trump is no stranger to legal battles. But, in today’s episode of The Point, CNN’s Chris Cillizza examines how all the legal litigation that Trump faces may be the biggest threat for his chances of winning another presidential term.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this at all being a clear factor in his inability to get elected. Hand counts may turn up some unusual voting patterns, like a lot of democrats and independents voting either straight republican tickets or simply just for TFG despite voting straight democratic ticket on every other candidate.

Don’t tell me what I think.

Ever.

As soon as I see a headline like this I’m alerted in my mind to propaganda ahead. And not good propaganda, either, or it wouldn’t be stated in vocabulary from a grocery store, check-out line tabloid.

Just tell me the facts, spare me the CNN opinion headline on what you wrongly state I think.

Let's face it: CNN is vying to become the propaganda arm of the Republican Party. Perhaps they see the trouble that Fox News is facing in its defamation lawsuits and CNN is predicting that they could tap into Fox's audience should Fox lose those suits.

One can imagine the thinking by the oligarchs at Discovery: We Republicans gong to take control of the government so let's get on the right side before the deluge.

Back in the 1980s, when cable TV began its inexorable rise, CNN was awesome. You could watch serious, hard-hitting news 24/7 instead of waiting until 6:30 pm to find out what was going on in the world. Ted Turner had a brilliant vision for news dissemination and for many years, CNN was terrific.

Like far too many things in America, however, cable news collapsed on its self and became sensationalist in their desire for ratings. The result is what we see today and it's pathetic. Cable news rarely represents journalism yet the people in that business are full of their own self-importance. Meanwhile, a once-reputable news organization has been turned into a propaganda machine.

But you go ahead so none of us have to. CNN being right only occasionally won't bring me back. Even pushing the tfg might run again is a disgrace. America rejected him big time. Open your eyes Cable Opinion news?

I admit I did not watch the clip provided because the screen shot promotes CNN viewing.
