DOJ exposes Trump's declassification BS, tells Judge Cannon they'll seek appellate court reversal

Department of Justice federal prosecutors filed another legal brief in the litigation involving Donald Trump's theft and unlawful retention of national defense information. In the new pleading, the prosecutors expose Trump's absurd parlor game of "did-he-or-didn't-he-decalssify-documents" as "irrelevant."

Prosecutors also tell the presiding judge, Aileen Cannon, that if she doesn't reverse her dangerous stop work order - telling prosecutors they are prohibited from investigating the damage Trump may have done to our national security - then on Thursday, September 15, they will ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse her ruling and allow the criminal investigation to continue.
