How exactly does congress indict someone criminally? If they could, why hasn't the current house charged Trump with crimes?

(2,208 posts)You seem to be hung on my use of the word charge vs. criminal charge. People can make a charge against anyone but it does not always turn into a criminal.charge. That's why I referred to it as a witch hunt.
Sounds like this is a case of semantics.
