Every bit as delighted that this has turned into a debacle for dear Putin - (not only because he so richly deserves it, but also for what it 'might' say to other 'adventurers' and 'expansionist' thugs with similar notions around the world)

But - this is a loooong way from 'over.' Russia still controls nearly a fifth of Ukraine territory. And they are not all going to fall apart and flee back across the border. (to firing squads and universal disdain once there?) Justified satisfaction and pride should be wedded to an understanding that Ukraine still has a long course in front of it. And probably every bit as important, their partners and support need to be prepared to stay the course - and push back against the inevitable hardship, fatigue and political discontent that are almost certainly coming in the face of the economic turmoil brought on by continued sanctions and energy shortages. A long conflict will also take a its toll and have its costs elsewhere. Are 'western' democracies (and politicians) ready to pay that price?

I hope Congress won't lose interest in supplying aid to help Ukraine fend off the Russian invasion.

And we currently have one political party that is against everything that happens after Nov. 2020 - including plenty of stuff that they were gung ho supporters of not so long ago (robust military, American influence, containment strategy ...). But that was before we became besties with Vladimir ...

Russia is still going to bomb the shit out of Ukraine. Hopefully Putin's allies will put a stop to it but alas, Putin is nuts like his counter parts in the USA.

And that's the sponsor of his channel. Most youtubers do that. Just skip past it.

If you have an issue with the content provider living up to their sponsorship contract, take it up with Adam Something.
