The reason Stacey Abrams didn't concede in 2018 was because Brian Kemp, while serving as Secretary of State, had purged the voter rolls of hundreds of thousands of voters, and surpise surpise, those voters were disproportionately black. Georgia is one of about 15 states that uses electronic voting machines that do not generate a paper receipt that can be double checked. Stacey Abrams lost by less than 55K votes.
