I don't know how the police identify who is about to commit a crime unless they're talking about violence in a dark alley or something like that.

were just scratching an itch. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. No doubt DU will be first on this list in a republican landslide.

And OWS protesters ... there will be a preemptive drone strike against them if the banksters have their way. If a society has to resort to all of this, there is something fundamentally flawed about the society in the first place.

I sure hope the rethug that wanted to build autodetect machineguns on the border, and Alligator moats aint elected, or this shit will target Occupy, homeless and kids playing hide and seek.
