Happened oct 2nd. Got disturbance call about another car. Decided to open the door of this car. Surprised the teen and began shooting wildly

Also, this kid was not the person the cop had chased on a previous occasion. Mistaken identity.

Luckily, the kid's girlfriend who was in the car with him was not shot. Wouldn't be surprised if she was charged as an accessory, but as far as i know that hasn't happened. Yet.
