Trump Loses Again As Court Sides With DOJ To Expedite Special Master Appeal - Ring of Fire
A federal judge on Wednesday denied Donald Trump's request to prolong the appeals process over the special master, and instead granted the DOJ's request that the appeal be expedited. This is a major legal blow to Trump, who had asked earlier this week that the appeal be pushed back by at least three months. The resolution could end up coming before the midterms, which could lead to depositions and questioning in early January, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.
