it will get better next week (even if it's only a little better)

BTW - is there some law so we can start force feeding Kanye his meds?

I'm quite surprised that since this is election season, let alone with all the breaking political news these days, that they haven't done anything more with that.

One could make fun of a wacko society like ours!

The host was perfect. Loved that smooth, patronizing approach.

The stewardess bit was great.

He should have worked Lindsey Graham in there, though.

As I said upthread, since this is election season, I don't know why this was the only sketch that tackled current events. There sure is a lot to make fun of these days! The show host is obviously an experienced actor, but they didn't give him much that was challenging - or funny - to do.

Colbert will often make jokes, too - though Joe Biden is tough to make fun of since he doesn't have "quirks," so the way you know Colbert is impersonating him is he puts on the aviator glasses. And we know exactly how he really feels - and I'd guess the SNL cast must feel the same way. Every president is "fair game," but it's a reach to make jokes about President Biden. And I tend to feel the same way.

And that's what he uses instead if he really has to bring him up. Some of them are quite good!
