New reporting this week shows an employee of Donald Trump claims the former president ordered staff to move boxes filled with documents at Mar-a-Lago. National Security Lawyer Bradley Moss joins Katie Phang to discuss how this may or may not impact impending indictments.

At this point I'd settle seeing Trump in an orange jumpsuit for 10 yrs. but out in 7 for "good behavior". 7 years in a 12 x 6 cell, no McDonald's, no one tasting his food for poison, no orange spray tan, no one styling the dead rabid rat on top of his head, no golf, no communication to his adoring lackies.....right now I'd take anything, just to let him know the justice system is not his own little toy, and that there are consequences for his heinous actions.

Is it enough? Is it fair, considering the number of crimes he's committed? No, on both counts. But get something, anything to put that SOB where he belongs: in prison.

certification by the House by inciting an attack on the Capital, along with his involvement with the fake electors, and trying to pressure Georgia and Arizona officials to manufacture votes.
