3. We have the money to fix the problems, but Kemp won't spend it.

AND when a lot of those problems are "fixed" people get jobs they can use to support themselves, the actual cost goes down and those people cycle money back into GA because they are able to pay rent, buy food, go places do things and grow the economy.

WHAT drives me nuts about fiscal conservatives is that sitting on money when there are problems to solve that could actually become areas where money is moving in the community and causes a positive up flow that solves more problems ....

they will tell you it takes money to make money and go buy more fancy furniture to impress wealthy people to do business...
