BREAKING: Court of Appeals Temporarily BLOCKS Biden's Student Debt Cancellation In GOP Led Lawsuit

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals just granted an emergency motion for a stay filed by Nebraska and several other GOP-led states which ORDERS Biden not to start discharging student loan debt as part of the loan cancellation program until emergency briefing on the lawsuit filed by these GOP led states. Nebraska and the other GOP led states filed a lawsuit seeking to stop the student debt cancellation program from being implemented. The district court judge had previously ruled that the states had no standing. - Meidas Touch.
