1. Amazing! Bernie apparently doesn't speak in a language understood by talking heads.

They ask him a question. He answers and explains and elaborates. They never follow up on any of his responses. Never an attempt to explore or appreciate the importance of what he's plainly saying. It's as predictable as the dawn.

I think it's because they've already decided what's important (probably at a CNN board meeting in conference with TPTB) and they've gone on to decide that what he's saying is not it. Bernie does not play along with them. Oh, Bernie, you could be super rich by now if you'd just remember to include the lines they've given you.

The frustration is written on Tapper's face. His internal conversation obvious, "why won't this old man just give us the answer he knows we already know so we can push our conclusions onto the country through his mouth? I mean, he's supposed to say these things, otherwise, if I say it, it looks like we're trying to dominate the rhetoric".

2. Republicans and corporate media stick to the script Big Corps hands them, which is

"inflation" is always the fault of Democrats and the greedy make-a-living-wage working class.
