During empty times of no one at the drop box.

Make up a flipout cardboard blinder that hides if you put anything in or not.

Do NOT put anything in but hide the view from their cameras.

If the MAGAs cover their license plates, have someone there to photograph their car when they arrive or go on the city street.

I surely is a crime to cover the plate on city streets.
