Trump's taxes; fed charges for Paul Pelosi attacker; Officer Dunn testifies at Oath Keepers trial
The legal stories came fast and furious today.
After assuring us for years that his taxes were simply under routine audit and he would release them soon, Trump filed an emergency petition today with the US Supreme Court trying to block the release of his tax returns to the House Ways and Means Committee.
Department of Justice prosecutors today brought charges against the man who attacked Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. And we learned from the assailant himself what he was trying to accomplish via his crimes.
On a brighter note, US Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn gave dramatic testimony today in the Oath Keepers seditious conspiracy trial. HIs conduct on January 6, 2021, proves we have heroic public servants among us. - Glenn Kirschner - 10/31/2022.
