Did you know that Katie Porter was a law student of Elizabeth Warren? Katie name her daughter after her.

with the whole story of Katie's first day in her class, which was when Elizabeth "fell in love" with her. And from the email, I did too.

The story goes that after class Karie came to her office and said, "You were a little hard on me today." Elizabeth started to apologize, and Katie said, "No, don't apologize. I came to ask you not to let up. That's the way I'll kearn the most, and I want to learn as much as I can to be prepared for anything."

It chokes me up again to repeat it. Yes, I'm absolutely confident that Elizabeth is proud of her.
