What would putting him to death accomplish? It won't bring their loved ones back.

And I have to admit that whenever I hear the term "pro-life," I think it must mean against the death penalty! Not to mention, the methods of execution used these days are usually injections which sometimes don't work. So it ends up being torture - which anyone should condemn as we have condemned waterboarding. Yes, life in prison is more complicated and costly, but what does execution say about us?
