I'm afraid he doesn't stand a chance.
We're changing from having a professional lobbyist as governor to an inexperienced, know-nothing, lying press secretary for governor.

(205,467 posts)I live in the Northeast, yet I see signs for Lee Zeldin wherever I go. And I had no idea who this was, had to look him up - and I'm paying attention! Turns out he's an election denying bigoted Rep. from New York 1 - the reddest district in the state. That's as far away from here in New York 21 as it's possible to get - and yet folks here in the North Country are supporting this idiot?? And we're supposed to be a "blue state..."
