2. What upsets them is that being a straight white male is no longer

an advantage over MORE QUALIFIED women, LGBTQ people and people of color. Like he said, Anerica is only 56% non-Hispanic white people, and half of them are female. That means that the white males only make up 28%. Of course, compared to their numbers, they still probably get a disproportionate number of the best jobs, but it's not 95% like it was decades ago.
