delivery" was almost as disconcerting as the monologue itself. Then later in the show, he starts chain smoking. UGGH. Ironically it was a "Black Heaven" skit that he's basically narrating. All I could think is that whatever his afterlife, it will be soon in coming, either stroke, MI, or lung cancer. He's the walking poster child for it.
